Pinuaga Nature 2006 is another phenomenal wine from the Pinuaga family. It is also 100% Tempranillo, and also made using the very old vines of their state (35 – 40 years old). Pinuaga Nature is a vividly bright wine with an immense amount of both black and red fruit (and even some blueberries), and a mix of other aromas like incense, earth and spices making this an interestingly complex wine. As many good wines, it likes to “breathe” in the glass to show all its aromas; try it with pork chops, rosemary lamb chops and Manchego or Ideazabal (Basque Country) cheeses. Pinuaga Nature is an extraordinary value that speaks for itself.
