Pale straw color with intense apricots and minerals, wet stone and subtle hazelnut notes. The palate is crisp with citrus acidity, which unfolds into chamomile, honeycomb and green apple tart. This refreshing varietal is great with grilled or sautéed fish with tomato-based salsas or with Artisinal cheeses. A great aperitif or cocktail wine and always right for warm days and cool nights.
